At AmberSnug, we want you and your pets to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help! Please review the details of our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:
⦁    The item must be in its original packaging.
⦁    The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
⦁    Perishable goods (such as pet food and treats).
⦁    Opened grooming products or supplements.
⦁    Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale).
⦁    Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@AmberSnug.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. AmberSnug is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at exchanges@AmberSnug.com to initiate the process. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at support@AmberSnug.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@AmberSnug.com.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
