Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries, so please stay tuned for updates!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. However, express shipping and same-day delivery are not available for P.O. boxes.
Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues). We will keep you informed if your delivery is delayed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@AmberSnug.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AmberSnug is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately for assistance.
